Overview

The Lock Down Timesheets application allows the user to manually lock down the timesheets, so they cannot be changed by the stores.  This process is not used often as locking down timesheets is part of an automated workflow process. The purpose is to give control if needed to the head office for payroll purposes.

Criteria Form

Field Description
Week Ending This date field indicates the week ending to lock down.

Operation

Once the user sets the week ending and clicks Preview, they will be presented with a list showing Stores, and a Lock check box which allows editing the default values.

The user can lock one or all of the stores by clicking in the corresponding check box or clicking the Check All hyperlink.  The user may also unlock a store by clicking on the correspondiing check box. Then click Submit to apply the changes to the database.
